The Known by Activities, also commonly knowns as My Activities by InterAction users, includes summary activity information by our personnel/employees/users. It includes activity counts by originator, by creator, by employee’s participation as contact, and the total involvement of employees as any one of the three roles. It also provides a list of “My Contacts” with and without activities. It has filters and slicers for activity date range, activity category, activity type, contact type, company, and employee.
