InterAction+ offers a dedicated page for Data Stewards to efficiently manage and process IQ contacts. This feature provides a centralized location to review and take action on incoming contacts. In this page we have consolidated all the information you would need to process a new contact from IQ to the firm list.
New Contact Review is only compatible with Outlook Online Exchange.
To view the New Contact Review dashboard, go to Data Management > IQ.
To review contact suggestions:
Data stewards can allow new contacts sourced from IQ to be reviewed and approved by end users (attorneys or professionals). This process allows these end users to provide suggestions end users the choice to add new contacts to their personal User List, the Firm List, both, or neither.

| Out for Review | No one has responded, and the expiry period is still available for at least one user. |

No user has responded, and the expiry period has ended. The expiration date is set by the administrator in Firm Settings > IQ Sync > IQ Configuration. |
| Add to Firm | At least one user has selected Add to Firm or Add to Firm and Add to My Contacts |
| Do Not Add to Firm | At least one user has clicked Delete Contact, and no one has submitted Add to Firm or Add to Firm and Add to My Contacts |
| Blank | The IQ New Contact Review has not reached anyone at the firm |

To edit a contact:
- Go to Data Management > IQ
- Click on the checkbox next to the contact you want to edit
- Click on the pencil
icon next to Review Captured Details
- Make your edits in the Review Captured Details page and click Save
To promote a contact to the firm:
To add a single contact to the firm:
- Go to Data Management > IQ
- Click on the checkbox next to the contact you want to add to the firm
- Click Add to Firm
To bulk add contacts to a firm:
- Go to Data Management > IQ
- Click on the checkboxes next to the contacts you want to add to the firm
- Click the Actions dropdown and click Add to Firm. A message will display showing how many contacts were successfully added to the firm.
- If contacts could not be promoted, they are likely duplicates that will need to be edited manually.
To add firm contacts to a list:
- Go to Data Management > IQ
- Click on the Contacts Added to Firm tab.
- Click on the checkbox next to one or more firm contacts and click Actions > Add to List
To delete a duplicate contact:
- Go to Data Management > IQ
- Click on the checkbox next to the duplicate contact
- Click Delete
Data Change Management in IQ:
Updates to existing contacts added to the firm will automatically sync.
