Use Advanced Exports to create reusable file exports from folders, lists, or saved searches in InterAction+™ AI.
Advanced Exports help administrators and data teams generate CSV files for reporting, marketing, cleansing, and downstream workflows. The workflow allows users to start from a focused set of contacts, choose fields and related data, save export templates, generate the export file, review status, and download the output.

Why use Advanced Exports
Advanced Exports let users create repeatable exports from the data set they are already working with.
Use Advanced Exports when you need to:
- Export contacts from a folder, list, or saved search.
- Reuse export templates for future exports.
- Select specific fields and related data.
- Configure output options.
- Create a CSV file for reporting, marketing, data-quality, or integration work.
Starting from a folder, list, or saved search helps ensure the export uses a focused contact population.
