InterAction+™ tracks Activities and appointments that have been conducted with a Contact. Appointments are the same as Activities, but appointments are future dated. When the appointment date passes, they are considered Activities.
Activities include:
- Emails sent to Contacts
- Meetings conducted
- Marketing emails sent
- Marketing Events attended
