The File-Based Integrations section supports one-time CSV imports, authenticated scheduled imports and reusable advanced exports Scheduled imports allow firms to upload data through a secure, code-driven API flow without requiring a user to manually upload files in InterAction+™ AI.
One-Time Imports
Use One-Time Imports to upload a prepared CSV file using a sample template or a custom column layout. One-time imports can create new records or update existing records using reusable mapping instructions and entity-specific rules.
Scheduled Imports
Scheduled Imports provide a tenant-aware gateway that allows an authorized external application to interact with an InterAction+ tenant programmatically. This is designed for unattended, server-to-server integrations.
InterAction provides the API capabilities and import processing, but clients are responsible for building the recurring job, generating the data file, and initiating each import.
Advanced Exports
Advanced Exports create reusable file exports for reporting, marketing, cleansing, and downstream workflows. Exports can start from a folder, list, or saved search and include related data across entities.
