Data administrators can use Basic Contact Import to quickly add new person and company contacts.
To import, the user must be part of the Professional or Strategic Tier AND added to the data administrator group.
The import may take a while to complete based on the file you are using. Once the import has started, there is no way to cancel it. The import will run in the background, so the user can freely preform other operations in the system.
This process is only one part of obtaining and managing quality contacts.
