Separate from the Important Contacts at Risk tile, this allows you to identify potential revenue opportunities or have proactive conversations.
When you open InterAction+ AI, you'll see the Contacts I Know tile.
The number pulls data from settings set up by your Firm Administrator. Clicking on the tile will open the Contacts I Know tab, sorted by Last Engagement Date.
