System Administrators can define Weak Connections from the Home Preferences menu.
The default setting for this field shows relationships where the last engagement date was 90 days ago or older.
InterAction+ Home Preferences are only available to Professional and Strategic tier users.
To Edit Home Preferences:
- Select the Firm Settings Tab.
Under General Management, select Home Preferences.
- You can choose:
- Last engagement date: Filters results to only show Contacts I Know with the last engagement date of N days ago or more.
- Select from: 30 days, 60 days, 90 days (default), 6 months, 1 year
- Last engagement date: Filters results to only show Contacts I Know with the last engagement date of N days ago or more.
- Click Save.
