InterAction+™ AI allows both end users and System Administrators to configure settings within the application. End users can manage personal preferences, while System Administrators have access to firm-wide configuration options that apply across all users. Certain features, such as Business Planning and Pipeline Management, are available only to Strategic users.

Role-Based Access to Settings
Your access to configuration options on the Settings tab is determined by your role in InterAction+™ AI.
End Users (Attorneys, Legal Assistants, Administrative Assistants, Business Development Resources, and Firm Leaders) can configure personal preferences.
System Administrators have access to additional administrative settings that affect all firm users.

System Administrator Settings
Users with administrative rights have access to firm-wide settings on the Settings tab. Changes made to these settings apply to all users across InterAction+™ AI.

- Key Client Radar
Business Planning and Pipeline Management features are only available to Strategic users.
