You can view the Contact Details page to display Contact Relationships, Activities, Lists, and Addresses all in one place. The Contact details are on separate Cards. Here you can also add and view notes and compare your contact information to the firm contact information.
- Cards can be rearranged and be displayed in a different order. Simply use your mouse to drag and drop them as needed.
- To see a more detailed view of any Card, select the card's name from the list under the contact information, or click VIEW ALL displayed on the card itself.
To Navigate to the Contact Details Page do one of the following:
- Click on the Contacts Tab and click on the Contact for whom you want to view the Contact Details.
- Click on a List (Contact Types or Lists) and drill down to the Contact.
- Search for the Contact and click on the Contact name.
- Contact Icons: Indicates Contact is Shared with the Firm
- Edit button: Used to edit Contact details, employment, and relationships
- Add button: Used to add Activities to a Contact and add Contact to Lists
- News: Click to view news on Contact or Contact Company
- I Know this Contact: Mark the check box to indicate that you know the Contact

Add to My Contacts(only available on Firm Contacts
): Click to add the Firm Contact to My Contacts.
By default, My Contacts are disabled. Contact Professional Services to turn on My Contacts for the firm.
- In-Depth Report: Click to download a printable Contact or Company overview document.
- Categories: A Category is a keyword or phrase that helps you easily find, sort, filter, or group contacts
- Tabs: Expands to display additional information on Relationships, Activities, Lists, and Addresses
- Activities card: Displays Activities and allows you to filter by date and Activity type
- Relationships Card: Displays who knows who and company personnel
- Lists: Expands to view Marketing Lists and Working Lists.
- Notes Card: Used to view/add firm notes and personal notes
- Contacts Card: Used to Compare your details against the firm details
- Opportunities: Displays Opportunities that are linked to the Contact or Contact Company
