Notes can be added to a Contact in the card containing My Notes and Firm Notes. Firm notes are visible to everyone in the firm, if the Contact is shared with the firm. A contact's card containing My Notes and Firm Notes is pictured below:
By default, My Notes are disabled. Contact Professional Services to turn on My Notes for the firm.
To Navigate to the Notes Card:
- Click on the Contacts tab.
- Click on the Contact for whom you want to view the notes.
- Scroll until you see the Notes.
- Navigate to the Contact Notes Card as described above.
- Do one of the following:
- If no Contact notes have been added, click Add Note under My Notes or Firm Notes and enter the Note.
- To edit existing Notes, Click the pencil icon
to edit the Notes.
- Optional: In the editor, click INSERT DATE/NAME to time-stamp and add your name to the Note.
