Manually checking and updating contact information is time-consuming and an inefficient use of an administrative assistant’s or professional’s time. By capturing and updating contact data automatically, InterAction+ AI allows support staff to attend to their core responsibilities and eliminates the need for lawyers and other professionals to spend billable hours updating contact information themselves
Signature Capture runs at 8:00 AM Eastern Time (UTC−4/UTC−5), according to the tenant’s region, except on Tuesdays, when it runs at 11:45 PM Eastern Time (UTC−4/UTC−5).
InterAction+ AI Signature Capture works behind the scenes while you communicate with contacts, clients and prospects. Through normal email communication, Signature Capture can help to identify relationships and verify contact details.
InterAction+ AI Score and Signature Capture is only compatible with Outlook® Exchange Online 2016 and 2019.

Simply add the domains you want to exclude on this tab under Data Management, and the process will automatically prevent contacts from those domains from being captured. Data Stewards have the ability to add up to 10 excluded domains.

Lookback Harvesting
Firm Administrators can use Lookback Harvesting to backfill email signatures for Signature Capture.
This is useful when:
- New users join the firm and need historic signature capture.
- Signature Capture needs to be recaptured after an outage.
- Administrators want to close gaps in available signature data.
Lookback Harvesting helps maximize the available data captured for signatures by allowing administrators to harvest from a past date range instead of only capturing signatures going forward.
