Use Activity Type and Task Type Management to manage the types and groups used to classify firm activities and tasks.
Activity types help firms align InterAction+™ AI activity records with the firm’s engagement goals, reporting needs, and terminology. When activity and task types are managed consistently, users can enter information in a more structured way and administrators can support cleaner reporting.

Why activity and task type management matters
Activity and task types help firms categorize work consistently.
This supports:

- Reporting.
- Engagement analysis.
- Consistent terminology across users and teams.
- Easier setup and maintenance for administrators.
Who uses this feature
This feature is primarily used by users with the appropriate Strategic license and administrative access.
| User type | How they use it |
|---|---|
